I would have died laughing too if any one of mine asked for that in a restaurant at that age. Every one would probably have heard me warning them that cabbage is a nasty smelling food and don't touch it or you will smell just like it. lol My youngest daughter loves it now and she certainly didn't learn that from me. She calls me when she is cooking cabbage and laughs cause she knows my opinion of it and I tell her I am not coming to her house any time soon. I am more the meat and potato kind of people although I don't eat red meat as often any more. Love crab, crawfish and fish also, especially crab chowder all times of the year. We use my Grandmother's recipe, she was from La. and a great cook. We are near the coast, so have a lot of choices and most grocery stores here sell crab, fish, crawfish and lobster, which they import probably from Florida, California and up east. I think the crawfish come mostly from La. It comes in daily by air and truck. I also buy canned lump crab meat from Sam's and it is very good for chowder. The price is great for a package of three cans.
