I am still very concerned about Bush. I believe in economic freedoms, I believe in a strong national defense. But I also believe in civil liberties. I believe that Bush's views on gay marriage are asinine. Whether or not you support gay rights, I still believe that supporting a constitutional amendment banning gay marriages is a travesty and an ultimate disprespect for what the government stands for.

I also have a serious problem with the way the FCC has gotten out of control. The most visible example is with Howard Stern. Whether or not you like Howard Stern, his stuff wasn't obscene. It was often tasteless but certainly no more so than "Who wants to marry a millionaire".

The erosion of civil liberties shouldn't be taken lightly. At least not by self proclaimed libertarians.
