Now the explosives scandal will spend a few more days in the headlines as the Bushies explain their previous explanations. I'm sure the Russians (who the Bushies blamed for removing the explosives) will be expecting an apology. I have bad news for them - they will have a long wait - Bush never apologizes for anything.
