NEM's business model involves a LOT of digging! 1) Dig oil sand out of the ground to get energy for mining. 2) Dig natural gas out of the ground to process oil sand. 3) Dig ore out of the ground to produce gold. 4) Dig holes in the ground to hide the gold. I wonder how they will hedge against the escalating cost of carbon credits needed to burn all that fossil fuel over the next 50 years? -Snow
