You'd be doing a great thing for a friend and -- of all the parties (you, me, the others) -- you walk away with the bigger end of the pie. You get 100% of TLC. I get nothing. The others are in the middle. You even get back $500 from my own pocket. What's not to like about that deal? You get cold feet when it comes to money for TLC?

See, that's the difference between "you" and "us". We were there for him, even to the point of capital. You're just gonna "Chicken" out on your friend? We didn't. Stand by your man... and give him two arms to cling to...
