Apple has its work cut out. The challenge is enourmous for *any* company, and even more so to one with such a bad track record of responding to user concerns.

As an example, the decision to make Raphsody a one button-mouse operating system shows that Apple is not yet above it's traditional arrogance.

I think Apple will survive, because eventually it will do the right thing. In the short term I think that the most likely scenario is for Apple to stabilize around 3-4% market share and continue posting small losses/profits for the next four quarters...
