I don't know where you got that Clinton was soft on Terrorism prior to 9/11 If you are interested I can supply many statistics to support the opposite opinion. He knew about OBL and in fact Bush was briefed about OBL and the activities that were suspect at the time... even to the point of the Saud's taking flying lessons over here. However,he did nothing.. He took more vacations than any other president in History. He ignored Clark' entreaty that OSL was dangerous and that we had better be prepared for Terrorists attacks. Kerry will do what needs to be done. He just may be able to consolidate those Countries that are so against Bush's policies which have been so unalateral... This is a war that no one can afford to ignore. Don't be misled by the right wing propaganda that Kerry will be SOFT or Pacifistic. This is just another SCARE and FEAR technique..
