OK I am intrigued by SPRU. Hiowever my DD is limited as DD is bad LOL.. anyway takeover Co is MENU - a pinkie that doesnt trade but their second to last NR states the CLOSED a PP for 9 Million for future takeovers in the oil and gas industry. Their stock is at .0001 so the share swap may be meaningless. I wonder is MENU and SPRU have common insiders. Rather I would bet they do cus they normally do.
