Zogby has it as a dead heat this morning. My guess is that there will be a lawyer clash in both FL and OH at least. I'm almost certain this won't be settled on the 3rd.

Hopefully, we can go to the popular vote next time around. The way it's set up right now, one precinct can determine a whole state, and that one state can determine the whole election. With so much at stake, there is a motivation to cheat on a local level. A couple of 1000 votes can be huge in FL or OH, but doesn't mean much on a national basis if you use the total pop vote.
