Hypothetical question:

Let's just suppose that sometime the night of Nov 2, one of the candidates were to concede and all the traditional gratious comments were made. Everyone packs up believing [and accepting] that the race is over.

Then Nov 5 comes and it's determined that the expat votes affect the actual outcome. Is a concession legally binding? I could certainly see an expat voter sueing in Federal Court and making it's way to the Supreme Court.
