Craig,

Each of your points is well taken. For some reason, I confused Spectra Physics with Lambda Physik subsidiary of Coherent. Coherent traded down to 30 during each of the last two Octobers. I am simply hoping for a repeat performance as an excellent entry point. If we have a sharp correction in the market or if Coherent reports a disappointing quarter, it may not be beyond the realm of possibility.
