It was Florida's bad luck that they were key to the last election. I suspect most any state that had their election procedures scrutinized as closely as Florida has would show irregularities.

I am not sure that that is true. I agree that every state will have some irregularities but I think FLA's are the extreme. I suspect the system was broken for a long time.......in fact, there were complaints all through the 90s that never got addressed. I think FLA now is playing catch up and that's hard to do without there being major problems.
