That is big news if you ask me. I hate to be so positive, but could QDRX be starting to, maybe turn the corner and become a sports products company.
1. Cover on a magazine! 2. Austad selling a Quadrax shafted club 3. TM coming out with a 'bigger and stronger yet lighter Bubble 2 shaft' 4. several long time investors frustrated and selling out. This is bullish to me, generally investors buy at tops and sell at bottoms. 5. the price has rebounded a little. 6. The show coming up should help also
Things look better than they have in quite a while.
Lawerence, I wouldn't expect anyone but a custom builder to know the shafts yet, but I am impressed that the bike shop had sold wheels! Great job on research, not many spend that kind of time doing in the field research (except of course Jim!)
The purchase of Victor was to assure longevity to the company. Although the sports division can't use the line of credit from victor, I think they can funnel generated cash to sports division and run Victor from the line of credit. Although, it was not ideal from a synergy standpoint, I think it was a good move to help Quadrax. I think once things get going at Quadrax, they will spin off Victor. (Yet another way for the brothers to make more dough!)
