BP Oil Saw an awful (well presented though) documentary about how BP brought in business consultants to shake up the business. Trouble was they did not do what normal business consultants do and consult the workforce on the right things to do.(something the managers should have done in the first place of course). Result: debacles of the first order. More on debacles.
