I am definitely long AMD, have been since my first purchase, which was quoted in sixteenths :). The last three weeks have been exciting all right. It was October 5th when we were discussing the buying opportunity at $13.20. We're up almost 30% from that: message 134895 on this thread and follow-ons (we were both looking at it as a short term opportunity though, for the record).
So, yes, UpNUp sounds good. Doesn't apply to my other interest, golf, though :). Oh, and by the way, I'm back to 9-to-5-ing it, but that plays havoc with the golf game. Still, the season is over here (Nova Scotia) in a few weeks, although some years we have played into December.
Finally (I'm at my 3 post limit) I'm still holding ATI, but took a little haircut on JDSU the last few days. That one seemed to be overdone, don't you think? I'm thinking of getting a larger position there if it stays down for a few days. |
