Of course it'll benefit Bush. bin Laden is absolutely clueless how his appearance will push the wind towards Bush. If you look at this part here, it's clear he's trying to convince voters that Bush is bad, but ironically his simple appearance will push the wind towards Bush:

Bin Laden isn't clueless. He wants Bush in power. He has every hope that Bush gets re elected. Bush is the best thing to hit terrorism since the plastic explosive was invented.

Never underestimate bin Laden!
