agreeed, he was "premature" on the end of the NG bubble (predicted for at least 20 years).
the corporate raider gig was not a high note, but very effective and legal. he did force some big oil companies to get off their A$$ and pay more attention to shareholder value. He also made a lot of money for himself and his investors/followers.

as for LNG, yes, that certainly will help the supply side of the equation, but will it really reduce the price significantly? 5-6-7$ NG will still be very profitable for US companies. Is there a scenario of a flood of LNG into this country in a few years as tankers and port facilities come on line? that would be welcome! There is a huge amount of NG overseas, but getting it here will be a challenge.
I like CBI - Chicago Bridge, which is quite involved in LNG projects. larry
