Are we willing to take the pain? I think we will be eventually. And yes it is hard to inact national environmental policy in a global economy, especially when you have leadership on both sides of the isle that has already enacted trade policy that doesn't account for environmental policy. But there is good money in the environmental industry just as there is with any other industry. Environmental policy, just like many other things is just a way to move money from one place to another and that always leaves some happy and some sad. Thats not a new thing...
