Jesus was definitely a liberal, definitely. He believed in redistributing wealth to the poor, a lot of wealth to the poor. In fact, Christ sounded like he was a socialist.

Christ would condemn the selfish, greedy corporate fat cat mentality of the Bush campaign. He would also be disturbed that Bush attack squads are "stoning" a great peacemaker (and war hero) named John Kerry. For "blessed are the peace-makers".

Christ would not like it that poor people can't get health care. He further would be disturbed by the poor stewardship of the planet practiced by leaders beholden to polluters and big oil. He would wonder why we need to guzzle so much gas dirtying up the planet.

Would Christ dislike gay mariage? Probably. But so does John Kerry. Would Christ dislike abortion? Sure, but so does John Kerry. Would Christ like the Iraq War? No. So where exsactly do Bushies come off saying they are the party of Christ?
