DAILY PUNDIT - Pandora Heinz Kerry's Box To Open?

AP Wire | 10/30/2004 | Heinz Lawsuit Records Ordered Unsealed

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - A judge on Friday ordered the unsealing of court records in a 1994 lawsuit by Teresa Heinz Kerry and her sons in the airplane crash that killed her first husband, U.S. Sen. H. John Heinz III.

The judge ruled that nearly all documents related to the case should be made public by Monday. Some records involving confidential materials, probably including details of the multimillionaire ketchup heir's holdings, would remain sealed.

Should be interesting to see what flies out of this one.

By the way - apparently the Bushies have learned their lessons from 2000. The drunk-driving charges that erased a five point Bush lead in the polls came too late for the Bushies to make adequate replies. The anti-Kerry revelations coming out in the final days of the campaign seem to be organized in the same way. I've always thought that YGB's faux admiration for Republican campaign tactics was nothing more than poor-mouthing, (Oh, I wish the Donks were able to be as mean and evil as the Pack), but if there is any coordination or calculation in these new issues that have arisen as November, not October surprises for the Kerry campaign, he may have a point. Somebody sure as hell seems to know what they are doing,
