Amy, This woman said that more than 95% of the students at her military school were Republicans. Republicans have always historically promoted war, so it's perfectly natural for military people to be Republican.

But you said that military guys essentially get paid by Bush. The implication here is that they can't get jobs anywhere else, so naturally they'll support actions which will make the military useful.
