Chuck,

It's just the usual cycle. It can work to your advantage as long as you are not in a hurry. Base metals were out of favour not long ago. Those who caught the bottom have done very well. There is a huge diamond market developing and global inventories are way down. Right now China is trying to buy up base metal supplies. I can wait for the next step or the step after that.
