I don't expect any such release in the near future, since a>gmstf is comparitively small and the patent license agreement relatively obscure b>win 98 aint out yet. The situation would change when 10^7 TV+ units are in the field, gmstf is getting ad. revenues based on its installed base AND microsoft would want to be a "me too". My observation/hope of GI "imminent victory" was based on its similarity with Scientific Atlanta suit that gmstf won(a few months ago) and which netted gmstf $20 mil. reagrds -P and congratulations where making mucho dollaro in a dead market. :))
