Narotham, why would people follow the brokerage houses especially ML who upgrade and downgrade to benefit themselves and their special clients. It is obvious that they are the buyers today. They take advantage of sheepish behavior of human beings. If you notice they always seem to downgrade when stocks are hitting bottom and upgrade at their 52 week high. Just few thoughts. Regards, BR
