BACK FROM PARTY REPORT...Arrived around 6:45 at Texas Stations. Approximately 1500 people waiting to get into the banquet hall. Lots of great food and the band was great, if you like rock and roll music.

Rendall Williams told my wife at 9:05 that the speakers were going to start in a few minutes but the band and music videos kept going until 10:00. Someone wearing a red-white-and-blue vest (he never identified himself but he had a bodyguard with him at all times) got on stage and started giving away the prizes. Fifteen people were given envelopes that could have had the winning key in it; then 30 more people won money; then 30 more people won an expensive video/internet system.

My wife went to UC's table and asked someone sitting next to a body guard when the speakers were going to start. He said he didn't know. When the MC giving away the prizes sat at UC's table, my wife went to ask him when the speakers were going to start. He told her that this was not a shareholders' meeting; it was a party. He also said that the meeting was being held across the hall and the speakers were over there talking to shareholders. We immediately went looking for this little meeting but could not find anything like it going on anywhere. The shareholders in the banquet room finally caught on that there were not going to be any speakers with all the wonderful information that had been promised to us and they began filing out in droves.

Just as that happened, we noticed that a bunch of boxes with CMKX t-shirts had been put in the hallway so everyone was grabbing bunches as they walked by.

Someone walking out next to us said that Roger Glenn had not come down from his room because he had been innundated with questions all day. Well, duh. We were there to get information but it certainly didn't happen.

We had gone to the party at the park Friday and were disappointed at the choices for entertainment and the MC started telling dirty jokes (with children all over the place) so we left.

Except for the great food and band at last night's party, the week-end was a big disappointment. We are lucky that we live here in Vegas and did not have to travel a long distance for such a big let-down.

I don't believe there is going to be any PR tonight. I don't understand why we could not have been given information about CMKX since the halt had nothing to do with our company. They still could have told us when we would be fully-reporting and, hopefully, the O/S, which is what most of us had expected to hear about this week-end.

All-in-all, this could have all been handled with a lot more consideration for us shareholders that attended the party and waited two extra hours for speakers that had been cancelled.

Good night.
