Looks like the Incentra team is getting ready to acquire a new piece for their business. Its getting more likely that they see a piece that can be plugged in which will aid their efforts going forward. I'd bet a small acq is in the wings. Doubly good if it comes with revenue.

Remember; in SW business greater Utility and reach can be plugged in by adding seemingly disparate elements designed for other markets.

These small acquisitions, function like R&D, Sonic Solutions has used this model most effectively.,
