I do agree with your points, the real question I am asking is what do we do now?

The broader war was already started at a disadvantage since the US did not realize what that was going on. The other side has a huge headstart that is difficult to overcome, since the assymetric tactics they employ does appear to equalize whatever military advantage exists.

So what do you propose is the correct strategy in Iraq on Nov 3rd?
