I think Kerry will win by a nose! The Dems are traditionally undercounted, whether it's because they're working two jobs and aren't around to be polled, or if they're living off a cell phone (something the pollsters will start polling next election cycle for sure). Also, I bet younger voters are less likely to be polled, because they've got busier schedules than older people. Also, the early voting has got to help the Dems, as high turnout always helps them. All in all, I think Kerry wins by 3 Million + votes and 280+ EVs. With OH putting him over the top.
