Yiwu, I think you got my post completely wrong.

China could have secure the same with Iraq or former USSR countries, including Russia. The fact they did not is rising my worries.

In another vein just think if any one in this world will have nuclear weapons at his disposal - only to safe guard them and avoid any accidents is "Mission Impossible" and accidents will happen - the difference is that today friendly fire may kill dozens nuclear weapons friendly fire can kill millions.
