No, the race is tied per the pollsters. Rasmussen and Zogby tracking polls both have it tied. But they admit they cannot poll millions of new voters in key battleground states who lean heavily toward Kerry. Mainly youth and minority voters, the kind who cannot be polled.

Furthermore, forget the national polls. Only the battleground polls count and it is a toss up with an edge to Kerry provided he wins Ohio or Florida. That is the key. One of those two states. I don't believe Bush will get any blue states except maybe Iowa which is deadlocked.
