I see, Sorry, Haim. Russia still is afraid of China, so does not want to be too friendly with China and secure China's energy resource. As for Iraq, luckily China had not invested too heavily there (far less than Russia and France invested there), otherwise they would be all wasted under the bomb<g>

I agree that it is dangerous, as well as a huge waste, to develop and keep nuclear as weapons, but since it is the only possible deterrent weapon now, so leaders have to put the national security first<g>
