I wish there was a way we could people on select ignore. Ie ignore their nonsensical posts and read their rare important posts. (I am sure some might say the same about me-to each his own <g>) I used to have this nurse that would literally follow me around the ER for hours babbling all sorts of idiocy. But about one in a hundred would be some incredibly crucial piece of information (Patient X has a toxic level of digoxin for example). So I had to listed to all the nonsense just for the rare important piece of information. I see I am back up to 8 today-I'll keep working-looking for double digits next.
