In theory yes----

In Virginia------there was a law put into effect in the late 1980's that increased the distance that party outside poll workers could stand from the entrances to voting places.
As well as a limitation placed on the the placement of signs outside of polls.

It is unfortunate that the Democrats in Florida are intent on getting INTO THE FACES of the voters AS THEY ARE LINED UP TO VOTE.

They should take a lesson from us Virginian Democrats and Virginian Republicans and honor the legal rules.

In Virginia once voters line up to vote---i.e. are in line----then those people are not given literature or communicated with by poll workers. Buttons and stickers for a candidate are not allowed to show once one enters the voting room.

THERE IS NOTHING NEW ABOUT THE DEMS breaking rules-------they are the masters of this--------but if for some freaky reason Kerry should be elected the freaky left will be there wanting the appointments and attempting to implement their extreme leftist ideas such as we have never seen before.

THERE IS NOTHING NEW ABOUT THE DEMS WANTING TO CHANGE RULES----Good ole Teddy K. boy worked to change the way CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS PASS BY REQUIRING A SIMPLE MAJORITY OF VOTERS RATHER THAN THE REQUIRED 2/3RDTO RATIFY------wanted to change the ratification process on ERA from the required 2/3 to a simple majority-----51%--- thereby dividing Americans into two countries rather than one united firmly behind a 2/3rd vote.
