update of #350 adding external USB 2.0 drives to a redhat 7.3 system.

mount -t vfat -o w,umask=000 /dev/sdd1 /sdd1

-o otions
w is same as rw or read write.

umask is set reverse. a 000 means all have rw permission.
one can use uid and gid, uid is user and gid is group id. with umask permissions can be controlled.

mount -t vfat -o w,umask=003,uid=501,gid=100 /dev/sdd1 /sdd1
owner watson, user users and world read only.fmask=003
drwxrwxr-- 3 watson users 32768 Oct 31 18:09 sdd1/

In message #350, smbmount options were shown incorrectly in the mount command.
