My pool cleaning guy is from Romania. He said it's just the way communism started there. The government convinces everyone it is making changes to protect them. Then one by one the peoples freedoms are taken away. Because it happens over a long period of time people only wake up to what has happened too late. Half the people in the US dont even realize that the right to free speech and free reporting is gone. There is no source of unbiased reporting left. Heraldo Rivera has been put on hurricane chasing detail. After the first case of mad cow was found in the US the government restricted all reporting of health related news without first government approval. U.S. scientists are no longer allowed to attend as invited guests to world health organization meetings without first gaining government approval. Voting systems havent been upgraded since the last election. The right to have your vote counted is a fundamental right of all Americans. I could go on but I wont. Lets pray that people dig down and come to their senses on Tuesday. M.
