Just back from a quick trip to N'Awluns, and I'm now ready for the fall CareToHelp weight loss challenge. That Creole cookin' was just what I needed to get ready for the contest.

We stopped over in Albuquerque on the way back to Nor Cal. I waved in your direction, but don't think you were looking.

Now that A19 has the distraction of the Series over, we can get down to raising some money.

When do we start?
