ild, what do you think the impact will be on REITs? I guess you saw the latest Contrary Investor -- do you think rates have to move up substantially for REITs to get killed. He showed some curious trends regarding vacancy ... I am interested in the stock IMH -- apparently they do multifamily -- mortgage warehousing -- large exposure to California and Florida?? Why is the yield so darn high compared to its brethren?
