"Credible", "more likely than not" . . . . in law, these are arguments you use in a civil case, these are arguments for lawyers to parse and juries to debate.

In politics, if you don't have the documents, a photograph or a credible live eyewitness, give it up.

I am not saying your information is wrong. I am just saying that logic and inference are not enough to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt in the court of public opinion.

May I remind you that Watergate breaking did not keep Nixon from being re-elected, even though the coverup ruined him?
