I hate to be tacky, but if you look at these photos of Kerry, you can see that not only has he had his teeth capped, he's had cheek implants. Did you see that photo Charlie Gibson showed to Bush on Good Morning America with a box protruding from the back of his suit jacket taken from behind the President during the debates? Apparently nobody on Bush's staff ever dared to show him that photo and he was taken by surprise when Charlie Gibson showed it to him during the interview. Bush is not that quick on his feet, he looked surprised and all he could say was that it must have been the poor quality of his shirt. The lousy tailor left a box strapped on to a shirt he was making for the President.
