I disagree. I think they had a lot of success. But the folks who know will not break the law to tell us. Bad discharges are surrounded by lawyers. Those with the details are also lawyers. Kerry's lawyers have to be good. They got his marriage annulled after 18 years. How the hell do you do that? Did they prove Kerry's kids were born in Immaculate Conceptions? My guess is The officers with personal knowledge of the details do not want to be attacked by Kerry's lawyers coupled with Teresa's pocketbook. I wonder if these men were poorer, younger and had less to lose would they take the same stand, or would they be willing to take the risk for God and Country?
