I label myself intolerant because tolerance isn't all it's cracked up to be. We are all intolerant of something, even if it's just intolerance.

The crux of the intolerance question is not the line between tolerance and intolerance but between acceptance and tolerance, IMO. Or course we are all intolerant of something. Being so does not make one intolerant.

What I think of as an "intolerant" person is one who merely tolerates things that could easily be accepted, which in turn makes one intolerant of things that could easily be tolerated if one has a reasonably mellow disposition and world view. Everything slips a notch on the continuum. People who don't accept the wearing of white shoes before Memorial day or the wearing of corn rows or being addressed by their first names by people to whom they have not given permission are bound to be intolerant even if they tolerate those items on my list.
