Conspiracy Alert: Crude Oil LPS, as a service to the readers of your thread, I am issuing a preemptive conspiracy alert regarding the big drop in crude oil today. You see, George Bush called up all of his buddies over the weekend (T. Boone et al) to sell some crude ahead of the election. Could have been a Republican operative who started a rumor about releasing some of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve... Supposedly, if oil closes above $50, then Kerry wins, otherwise Bush wins.
