I heard mentioned on CNN yesterday that, in regards to polls, not one of the pollsters were calling cellular numbers! At first I thought this insignificant, as people could be reached at home, but then it was stated that the cellular numbers that they were talking about were people that had switched from traditional land lines and they made up between 2 and 4% of people available to be polled. It's hard to imagine that in a statistical dead heat this segment would be ignored. I think many of the models will change this time around.
