I have no disagreement with him, actually, on the enumerated points made. He even corrected me on something. But the fact that roughly 1/20th of polls will be outliers does not mean that they will never bunch up. Half of coin tosses will be heads, but they are not evenly distributed. I have not seen enough outliers in the polls over all to support a bias charge, and certainly not enough in a particular poll to support it.
