So, assuming for the sake of the argument that Kerry is elected, will the world still want America to "stumble"?

And, assuming for the sake of the argument that Bush is re-elected, will Russia side with the Chechens, will China side with the Uygurs, will Pakistan side with bin Laden, will Lebanon and Jordan and Saudi Arabia side with Zarqawi?
