Actually, you misrepresented the regime policy under Clinton. Then you stated Clinton's opinion about Iraq after Bush became President, as if that held some relevance. Bush is responsible for the invasion of Iraq. The Clinton policy ruled out invasion and occupation as part of that policy. Bush adopted a new policy -- it had nothing whatsoever to do with Clinton. As an "ex-President" Clinton no longer makes policy. When he was President, his views had an impact on policy. Now they do not. The Bush policy and the invasion it spawned was misguided and has been the subject of countless mission revisions. There is no exit strategy and it has turned the world against us. It is the neocon agenda in action -- a miserable failure costing the lives of countless innocent people.
