I did not misrepresent anything. There is an obvious connection between the two policies, and I made the connection in Clinton's support of Bush's inclination to oust Saddam outright, and in his support of Bush's urge to make Iraq a central area of his anti- terrorist policies. It is fatuous to observe that Clinton was no longer president, and therefore could not make policy. His opinion shows that the Bush policy was a reasonable outgrowth of the Clinton policy..........
