I am talking about the intelligence the Clinton Administration relied upon.

You were talking about "neocon" motives and I addressed that point.

But the issue was not success, but motive, and there is nothing to indicate that the neocons were not motivated by an honest desire to overthrow a brutal dictatorship and supplant it with a moderate, democratic regime.

As far as speculation, there is nothing speculative about the tangible value of Iraq.
