I haven't had a chance to listen to the call as yet. Yes, things seem to be improving but Hospitality still concerns me. I'm afraid Jeff just doesn't want to bite the bullet on that one.

I think you're right about the MM's. The float here is so small that just the slightest good news will send this stock up rapidly - we saw that in April with that "faux" rally. Keep your bid low, maybe will come to it eventually. I wouldn't pay what they're asking right now.
