Hi Warpfactor - you might also want 60A - says money from surplus property sales will be used to pay off California's last set of emergency bailout bonds. Useful if we ever need to borrow again... 65 makes the money game the state plays with local governments much harder. I agree with No on 68 & 70 (both Indian gaming). They are written in a "heads I win, tails you lose" fashion anyway.
